  • Menstruation Phase: 3-5 days (shedding of the uterine lining) 
  • Follicular Phase: 7-10 days (thickening of the lining of the uterus) 
  • Ovulation Phase: 3-4 days (egg is released from ovary and travels down the fallopian tube)
  • Luteal Phase: 10-14 days (uterine lining is intact and will shed during the next phase if your egg has not been fertilized)
